What if I need to remove the jewelry for a medical procedure?
Your jewelry can be easily removed by cutting the jump ring with a pair of scissors or wire cutters. We recommend saving the chain so we can re-weld it for you at a later date.
Will permanent jewelry cause issues at airport security?
No, TSA does not require you to remove fine jewelry when passing through security, so your Sunstone pieces can travel the world with you.
What is your policy on repairs or replacements?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on the weld itself. If your chain breaks at the weld point within this window, we will re-weld it free of charge. Please note that lost chains are not covered under our warranty.
